Why I’m Excited

I like you guys, so I am going to admit something to you. I hope you all realize that I am not a crazy person, and that I mean this statement in the least creepy way possible. I HAVE A *THING* FOR CRIME. I just find it so interesting. My Mom laughed at my sister and me once because we were in our separate rooms getting ready to go to my aunt’s house for Christmas Eve, and my sister was watching some Christmas movie while I was watching Criminal Minds. Nothing says Christmas cheer quite like murders and hunting down bad guys, am I right? Anyways… books about crimes are basically auto-buys for me. The anticipation of identifying the bad guy (or girl), the anxiousness of uncovering the evidence, the (usually) slow reveals of the details of a case…GAH it’s all just so thrilling! I can’t wait to get to the bottom of the River Point Boys’ mystery!
